How do Americans say insurance?
Many of my accent reduction clients ask me how say the word insurance. North Americans pronounce this word two different ways; i→nsurance & insur→ance. My personal preference is to
the second syllable. Note that the letter a has a reduced schwa vowel sound /ə/.
