What is AO policy?
AO Care is really simple. Paid by monthly direct debit, it gives continuous protection for your appliance for as long as you need it to. If you need to, you can cancel within 14 days of taking out the policy and you'll get a full refund of any payments you've made – unless you've already received a replacement product.

For £32, we can deliver to Northern Ireland, but you won't be able to pick a delivery date online. We'll text or ring you with the date we'll be delivering your parcel to our courier. They'll then get in touch with you to let you know when they'll be delivering.
