How do I change my Monzo account?
- Head to the Account tab in your app.
- On iOS, tap on your name. On Android, tap the Settings icon.
- Tap to “Switch to Monzo” and we'll guide you through your switch!
Can I close my Monzo account and make a new one?
If you previously closed your Monzo account and want to reopen it, you may be able to do so after 30 days by emailing help@monzo.com. Your account must have been closed for 30 days before we can reopen it, and we need to be able to prove your identity before proceeding.
Can you have 2 Monzo cards?
For security reasons, we only let you have one active card per person per account at a time. So if your card works, you won't be able to get a second one. If you've lost or damaged your card, please freeze it in the app by tapping the Home icon in the menu bar, then tapping the Freeze icon under your card.
