Can I get a refund from LensCrafters?
We accept returns at all of our locations, including online purchases made on LensCrafters.com, Ray-Ban.com and Oakley.com. All products except custom prescription eyewear can be returned in store. Refunds normally take 5 working days but may take longer depending on your bank.

Can optical shop remove scratches?
Opticians can't typically fix scratched lenses without installing new ones. Once a lens is scratched deep enough, it's scratched for good. An optician can adjust your glasses for you and give advice on fit or care, but the best way to treat a scratched lens is to replace it entirely.

All you need is a non-abrasive and non-gel based toothpaste. Put a dollop of toothpaste on the scratched area of glasses and gently rub it in soft circular motions by using a cotton ball or cloth. Keep rubbing in small circular motions for a few seconds and see the scratches vanish.

How do I get my VSP reimbursement?
Contact Member Services at 800.877. 7195 for help submitting a claim online or by mail. You don't need to fill out a claim form when you see a VSP network eye doctor or provider. The doctor or provider will submit the claim directly to VSP for processing after your appointment.
