Amazon Care is a hybrid virtual and in-person health care benefit available for Amazon employees.

How long does it take to get insurance through Amazon?
You should receive an email with an updated insurance policy copy within three days to five days. If you do not, please reach out to hello@acko.com. You can also download a copy of the update policy from Your Orders as soon as the policy is revised from Acko.
